Just a note to thank you for the excellent job you folks did on our house. It has turned out way beyond our expectations. The attention to every detail has made for a very worry free and smoothly run project. I can’t tell you how much it meant for us to get the right advice at the right times to make this finished project such an outstanding home for our family. From the quality of granite on the counters to the custom cabinetry, this house screams quality. The stone entertainment center was a touch of class that accents the fireplace superbly. Let us not forget the stone column work outside. What a great finishing touch for this beautiful home.

I have been in my home now for eight years and remain very pleased with the choice for my builder. I have used them since for some smaller projects around our home and they have always been prompt, reasonably priced, and did the job right the first time. I will likely build another custom home in the next few years and will look to Knipp Contracting for the job. … All of the subcontractors you used were professional, timely and completed their work when promised. Even though their where a few minor kinks in the process ,all of the subs, including Adam Bros.(Brad Smith),Olivas pluming (Javier Olivar),Bob McGivney Electric, Marlam Industries Granite(sp…Jeff)all impressed us both and should be commented for a job well done. The Arizona Wholesale selections where right (Double oven/stove and Microwave hood ) and where delivered and installed by professional people.

Most of all, the White Cabinets came out great ….! I know you had some hesitation at out initial meeting on White as did Brad, but Marry had a vision of what it could look like with the new appliances and the reselect Black granite. I think you would be impressed with the results. We are! …
