The Story of Knipp Contracting

The Knipp name has become synonymous with quality construction and integrity. Our experienced team members have a commercial and residential portfolio ranging from ground up construction to custom homes, school renovations, restaurants, warehouses, and tenant improvements.

Our clients have access to our expertise throughout the entire construction process, including everything from planning to completion, and we assist with feasibility analysis, entitlements, budgeting, scheduling, and construction.

Our consistent, high-quality workmanship has gifted us with excellent clients. Knipp is grateful for the opportunity to offer our experience to other markets where our main priority remains unchanged: to exceed the expectations of our clients by completing projects on time, within the budget, and with integrity. We are here to assist with your project.
