Wally Knipp founded Knipp Contracting in 2009 during one of the most challenging economic periods in the construction industry, continuing a multigenerational Knipp family legacy spanning more than 50 years. With executive leadership experience at a nationally integrated construction services firm, he brought operational discipline and large-scale project oversight to the company from its inception.
Under his leadership, Knipp Contracting operates as a commercial general contractor focused on ground-up and tenant improvement construction across retail, office, medical, worship, and education facilities, alongside production-based renovation programs for institutional investors in multifamily, senior living, and Build-to-Rent communities.
Wally is known for building structured teams, prioritizing execution over hype, and maintaining long-term client partnerships grounded in accountability and performance.

Wendy is the co-owner of Knipp Enterprises and manages corporate communications, business development and marketing Wendy served on the foundation board for the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA), the National Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) board, the board of the Phoenix Metro Boys & Girls Club, and served as the National Marketing Chair for the AREAA Global Luxury Summit.

With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Pat offers a wealth of knowledge to the Knipp team as the managing partner of Knipp Contracting in Nevada. He has himself owned a contracting company and was the general manager for the Truss and Lumber division for Knipp Brother Industries. He now manages all commercial and residential projects in the Las Vegas marketing.

Having spent the last 28 years in a career in construction, Jeff has managed hundreds of projects in the residential and commercial sectors, generating over $350 Million in revenues. Currently Jeff works for Knipp Enterprises as Vice President of Operations. Jeff is also responsible for the company IT, Hardware, and Software for all markets to keep the company on the cutting edge of technology for our industry.
