Wally has forty years of construction experience in commercial and residential Construction. Before developing Knipp Enterprises Wally was Vice President of a large integrated construction services company, with offices throughout the country. He is a recognized expert in the construction field, Building a highly successful company in the downturn of our economy. Wally serves as a subject matter expert for construction trade events across the nation.
Wendy has been the face of Knipp Enterprises as Co-Owner and Executive Vice President since 2010. Wendy directs corporate communications, customer relations with a focus on building and fostering employee and client relationships to ensure the Knipp Brand executes to its core values throughout the organization. Her focus is the community and serving a higher purpose. Her community involvement has included; Board of AREAA, NAREP, and Phoenix metro Boys and Girls Club. She continues to support charities and uses Knipp Enterprises as a platform.
Pat has been in construction for over thirty years, currently managing partner of Knipp Contracting of Nevada. Pat’s background includes General Manager for the Truss and Lumber division for Knipp Brothers Industries as well as owning a General Contracting company himself. He has managed all commercial projects in the Las Vegas market that included the remodel of golf course clubhouses, healthcare, industrial, restaurant and multi-family residences.
John has forty-five years of home building management, land acquisition, land planning & entitlement, land development, and private funding experience to the management team. John also has Twenty years of experience from his career at the Estes Homebuilding company where he was Vice President and General Manager of the Phoenix Division, where he was responsible for the operational and financial planning and focused on land acquisition, landing planning & entitlements, and product design.
Ken has extensive Commercial construction experience for the past three decades. As a master plumber, he has managed plumbing crews and/or serving as a superintendent for numerous high-profile projects including four-star restaurants, hospitals, high-rise commercial buildings, track homes developments, and custom homes and ranches. His experience has to lead him to other aspects of the commercial industry where Ken current overlooks vendors, national supply product setup and all construction activity in the western region.
Vince has been involved with various industries in the role of business development and sales, his career involves managing large real estate development projects along with a strong background in operations. His thorough understanding of value proposition, market development, and revenue growth has to create outstanding opportunities for our clients. His contribution has generated sales with multi-million-dollar results by employing a driven sales strategy as well as targeting revenue growth in underdeveloped markets.
