The team here at Knipp Commercial prides ourselves on providing quality construction. We have carefully selected experienced team members with integrity and extensive backgrounds who offer clients the best possible experience.

Our experienced team has an extensive commercial portfolio ranging from ground up construction to school and church renovations, as well as restaurant and office tenant improvements. Our consistent, high-quality workmanship and excellent client relations have allowed Knipp to expand from our home office in Arizona to multiple states across the nation.

Having spent the majority of his professional career in the construction services industry – most notably as the Vice President for a large, nation-wide integrated construction services company – Wally Knipp founded Knipp Contracting in 2008 to meet the demands of both commercial and residential growth in the public and private sectors.

Co-Owner and Executive Vice President

Wendy is the co-owner of Knipp Enterprises and manages corporate communications, marketing, and social media.  Founder of Socially Brave™️, Wendy served on the foundation board for Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA), the National Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) board, the board of the Phoenix Metro Boys & Girls Club, and served as the National Marketing Chair for the AREAA Global Luxury Summit.

WILLIAM (PAT) HALL

WILLIAM (PAT) HALL

Manager – Las Vegas

With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Pat offers a wealth of knowledge to the Knipp team as the managing partner of Knipp Contracting in Nevada. He has himself owned a contracting company, and was the general manager for the Truss and Lumber division for Knipp Brother Industries. He now manages all commercial and residential projects in the Las Vegas marketing.

VP Finance and Risk Manager

A highly experienced member of Knipp’s management team, John has spent 45 years in the construction industry in home building management, land acquisition, land planning and entitlement, land development, and private funding. At Knipp, John is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company.

VP of Field Operations

As VP of Field operations Mike has 34 years combined of field experience in the production home industry, Custom home remodels and commercial industry. His extensive experience as a Contractor and working on the builder side makes him uniquely qualified to build a partnership with our clients.

Jeff Cross

Jeff Cross

VP of Operations

Having spent the last 28 years in a career in construction, Jeff has managed hundreds of projects in the residential and commercial sectors, generating over $350 Million in revenues. Currently Jeff works for Knipp Enterprises as Vice President of Process & Development. Jeff is also responsible for the company IT, Hardware, and Software for all markets to keep the company on the cutting edge of technology for our industry.
